Mindfulness Recovery Group Fridays, 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM · Peer-led · Free
A non-clinical, peer-led support group open to anyone on a recovery journey, led by a Certified Peer Lead. It follows principles familiar to AA and NA but is not a step system. What happens in group stays in group.
About the group
Tuesday Recovery Groups Hill City Mindfulness Recovery Group and a second group, rotating
On Tuesdays the house hosts the Hill City Mindfulness Recovery Group and another mindfulness recovery group, on a rotating basis. Both are community-based and peer-supported.
Recovery at the house
Free Flow Art No instructor. No pressure. A positive coping tool.
No guidance required and no expectation to make something “good.” Free Flow Art is a place to create for the act of creating: to slow down, relieve stress, release what you are carrying and be present. Paint, draw, collage, whatever helps.

Reach outEmotional & Community Support Someone to talk to, and a place to be
Sometimes the most useful thing is a room with other people in it. The house is open for programs most weeks, and the people here are good listeners. We are not counselors, and we will say so, but we will never turn someone away for needing to talk.

Art & Creative Community
Art is the conduit between pain and healing. It is also just a good time. Both are true here.
Art program times are fluid. Check our social media for what is happening this week.
Want to perform or show work? Book a show
Free Flow Art Create simply for the sake of creating
No instructor, no pressure, no expectation. Supplies are out, the room is open, and whatever you make is yours. A mindfulness practice disguised as an art night.

Art Shows & Installations Quarterly shows, new work on the walls between shows
Every quarter we host an art show or installation for the whole community. Between shows, come by and see new work from talented artists in the area. Art featured at the house helps support our community. Reach out if you have work you want to show.
